Family run hotel where efforts are not spared to offer a customized service. I was there with family and three small kids. We received a lot of gentle and dedicated attention without ever feeling oppressed.

I only stayed here because a friend had a wedding at one of the nicer hotels up the road that costed way too much per night for my liking. In general location of this place was inconvenient since it s too far from the Lamai shops and restaurants. Didnt get a chance to eat at the Uncle Rang restaurant or beaches so cant comment on that. Rooms were nice, but werent that clean upon arrival with dust evident on ground. Staff were helpful and bike hire at resort was hassle free. Would only recommend this place as cheaper option if staying close to other resorts down that road. If not stay in Lamai where everything is convenient to get to. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good day! Stayed at the hotel from 01/03/2013 to 06/03/2013. We are fortunate that we have booked a villa on the beach. She was the only one in the hotel. In addition to the villa s nothing more impressive. Service is average. Did not like the room cleaning. Large tides of the sea. Far from the center. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Nice resort on the beach but no place to swim. Need to walk a long way too a swimming beach. The standard rooms are far from the restaurant and pool/beach. The breakfast was very basic and the same every day with not much of a choice. We upgraded to a bungalow which was very nice at a cost of 500 Bath extra per day.Uncle Rung restaurant on the beach and next to the pool was great and the food very good.Pity the food prices did not include the taxes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Did not like the fact that they insisted keeping our passports locked up and only returned them after they checked the room while we were waiting for the taxi - made us feel like criminals. This was the only resort out of 6 that did that. No safe in the room which is a problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Dolly even took my wife shopping. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very good service with very accurate hotel info and offered us the best prices. Liked the fact that all prices included the tax which made it easy to decide. Will use them again.

Хороший отель, соответствут своему классу.Мы отдыхали вдвоём, но были и с детьми люди.Очень внимательная, заботливая хозяйка, хорошо говорит по ангийски. Отелем управляет одна семья. Если возникают какие-то проблемы, то просто не молчите, а говорите, что вам надо.(со сливом в душе например была проблема, её быстро устраними. Большая территория, тихо, спокойно, вдали от шумных улиц. В номерах все новое, свежее, все чисто, аккуратно. Отливы в основном были ночью.Или после 17.00.Рядом расположены отели гораздо дороже, прижелании можно сходить к ним на ужин или обед. Рядом с отелем есть пара не плохих массажных салона, несколько фирм, предлагающих в аренду мотики и авто. Выбирая этот отель помните одно, что всё таки это не дешовый отель и все в нём соответствует отдыху экономкласса в Таиланде. Не сравнивайте с Европой, Турцией.Это Тайланд!И таков был ответ хозяйки, когда заказанный ужин нам показался слишный острый. а вообще нас накормили несмотря на то, что мы прибыли в 23.00, вызвали повара, накрыли для нас стол. Завтраки однообразные, это у них называется Американский завтрак.Но голодными не останетесь. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Мы жили в стандартном номере. Всё новое, чистое. Условия соответствуют оелю эконом класса. Хозяйка очень внимательная ко всем своим клиентам. Рядом с отелем есть аренда мотобайков, тур.агенство, пречечная и пара хороших массажных салонов. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very nice people in this hotel. Tey had big problem with a storm. no electricity and no water in hotel. But they found immediatly another hotel for us. Very very nice people.

We stayed here for 2 nights. First impression was very positive. Friendly reception worker, nice room etc. However, our bathroom hadn t been cleaned which we pointed out and it was taken care of. Allthough the shower drain was really blocked so the floor was flooding. We got a mild food poisoning from the beach bar when we ate there, so would recommend to go and eat somewhere else. They also add a 10% service charge on everything. Even at the beach bar when you order only a beer. The resort seemed to overcharge on everything. They ordered us a taxi which was a friend of the receptionist and it cost far too much. Would have been better off taking a normal taxi. Also we asked for laundry service which cost us about 1500 BAHT!!!! We had about 2 little plastic bags of laundry and the receptionist had the nerve oto charge us that much!!! Had we taken our laundry somewhere else it would have been about 200-300 BAHT. All in all a nice place to stay but they over price every little extra thing they can get! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Samui Tonggad Resort. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious room that was just steps away from the beach and couldn t have been happier. We felt as if we had our own private beach! The room was lovely, the food at the restaurant delicious, and the staff especially kind, generous, and helpful. It is located a bit far from the pier on Lamai Beach but it is worth the extra time to get there! The only complaint I have is that we had little ants and spiders that liked to come in our room. They weren t too bothersome but it would have been nice if they weren t there. Aside from that - a flawless stay! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
